Get to know The Wholistic Life
After a decade and a half working in the field of Naturopathy and Applied Psychology, one collates a vast amount of knowledge, but it is the practical application of this knowledge that is what the Wholistic life is all about. For those who know me would agree, I am very passionate about what I do and I love nothing more than to share what I know.
My aim when creating The Wholistic life was to create a resource to help support and educate individuals as well as families and the community as a collective.
I am an advocate of integrative and functional medicine, I draw on my training and experience in Clinical Nutrition and Naturopathy as well as counselling and applied psychology.
I have worked in clinical practice, for government agencies and lectured at several universities and colleges.
I am currently a Senior lecturer at the Australasian College of Natural therapies and Torrens University, where I teach a broad range of subjects across the Social Science and Health Science faculties.
My clinical approach is both traditional and evidence-based medicine practices.
